This is an all-Arabica blend sourced from the Apaneca Ilamatepec Mountain Range in El Salvador. A selection of red honey processed beans complements the washed Arabica beans with distinctive sweetness.
Overall light roast – The red honey is roasted separately from the rest to make the most of the unique processing method. The other portion washed is slightly longer and darker.
This mild coffee displays sweet, biscuit, fruity jam, and cereal notes, with a mild, low bitterness.
